January 2022. Staged a vacant home in Colonial Hills (Worthington, OH) using a mix of vintage and new items, makeshift beds and accessories for a “light staging” of this mid century ranch that sold for over asking.

In August of 2019 we purchased a forclosed cottage in Lakeview, OH on Indian Lake. We gutted and rehabbed the entire home. For 2 years it was available as an Airbnb rental until we sold it in Spring 2022.

Spring- Autumn 2020. Created content for Samsung Home Appliances with the Cube Air Purifier and French Door Refrigerator. Delivered via social media ad campaign.

Summer 2021. This Upper Arlington, OH home was a recently renovated vacant house for which we provided creative direction, furniture, styling services, and photography prior to listing. The home went into contract the first weekend on the market.

Spring 2019. Chelsea Mohrman Interiors teamed up with the owners of Crockett’s Run in the Hocking Hills region of Ohio. We assisted in sourcing, styling, and staging of their clamping tents at Base Camp.

Winter 2020. We provided a holiday home tour to Schoolhouse Electric featuring many of their products throughout our home. We provided all creative direction, styling and photography.
